Michelle Nakhozwe

Director of Operations

Michelle's reach and passion for helping others has no borders. She has spent time in Zimbabwe, China, South Africa, and the United States trying to make a difference in each person that she meets. In business she has made a name for herself leading teams in commercial insurance, finance, and hospitality: worlds where details matter, people are counting on you, and follow-through is everything.

Tim Smith

Founder & President

Tim is the engine behind Titan Community Outreach. There is no challenge or project that Tim doesn't think is possible, and it is with that mindset that Titan Community Outreach was born. Through a successful business career over the past twenty-five years, Tim has always found a way to use business endeavors to help those in need. One simple concept drives Titan: it's about the people. Deep personal friendships and relationships within NASCAR, the NBA, and the NFL have allowed Titan Community Outreach to open doors that many thought would be impossible.

Andy Shelby

Development Director

Andy has spent nearly three decades in the public school systems before joining the Titan family. Through the years walking the halls of schools throughout the Midwest, Andy showed up each day for one simple purpose: give hope to everyone he encountered. As a teacher, coach, principal, and dean, Andy has earned the trust of the parents, teachers, and students that he served.
